The problem we lived every day
Every clinic software we tried was one of two things: hundreds of pounds a month for bloated systems that took a month to learn, or a fragile stack of Airtable, Calendly and half a dozen other tools taped together. The booking flows were clunky, the tracking was weak, and the analytics were an afterthought. Worst of all: slick marketing sites hiding software that looked and felt years behind.

Before nuemed opened to the public, it ran in live clinic settings, including about a year of real work at PRP London Clinic. Thousands of appointments moved through public and internal booking, consultations, treatments, prescriptions, consent, concurrent multi-user actions, analytics and VAT reports. It was built out of necessity and proven in the wild, not in a pitch deck.
