AI medical scribe

AI medical scribe. Without recording the consultation.

When the appointment is finished, dictate what matters or type rough notes. nuemed turns it into the structure you choose, you review it, and the approved note is filed to that exact appointment before the patient leaves.

nuemed AI medical scribe creating a structured clinical note from practitioner dictation
Privacy-first medical dictation software

It listens only when you choose to dictate.

nuemed does not record the live consultation. That is a deliberate clinical privacy decision. The practitioner gives a focused account after the visit, so the system receives only the information needed for the note. It does not receive an entire patient conversation.

How it works

Rough input. Finished clinical record.

Use voice or text. The practitioner chooses the format and remains responsible for the approved note.

NueShield

The note gets the intelligence. The model does not get the patient.

Patient identity is not needed to structure a clinical note. NueShield removes names before AI processing, and the original dictated audio is deleted afterwards.

01

No ambient recording

nuemed never sits in the consultation listening to the clinician and patient.

02

Names removed

Practitioners should not dictate a patient name. If identifying names appear, NueShield removes them before AI processing.

03

Audio deleted

The original dictated audio is not stored after the note has been processed.
