nuemed uses contracted providers to operate and support the service. The provider used for a particular customer can depend on enabled features, integrations and service configuration.
Core service providers
- MongoDB: managed database infrastructure.
- Hetzner: European server and object-storage infrastructure.
- OpenAI: speech transcription and approved AI processing.
- Google: AI processing, calendar integration and website services.
- Twilio SendGrid: transactional and service email delivery.
- Stripe: subscription and clinic payment processing.
Optional providers
- Xero: customer-enabled accounting integration.
- Intuit QuickBooks: customer-enabled accounting integration.
- Microsoft: website analytics where enabled and permitted.
Processing locations
Core hosting is configured within the European Economic Area. Some providers may process limited information in other countries under their contractual data-protection terms and recognised international-transfer safeguards.
Changes
Providers may change as the service develops. Material changes will be notified in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum.
